African American women, breast cancer and vitamin D

[HysteryDiagnosis]

After seeing what is playing on the telly... I believe it is responsible to post that vitamin D levels in people with more protection from sunlight, require much much more sunlight to produce vitamin D in their skin than people of a fair complexion.... therefore I am recommending people check out full spectrum lights if they live in a northern region or if they feel supplementation isn't for them. The following list is here to designate the importance of vitamin D for potential breast cancer prevention.
