1. That is what is so bad about taking those tests three times a day
my fingertips end up being so sore I can't wash dishes even.

4. There are new machines that allow you to test on your forearm
because they require a lot less blood.

I agree that the fingertip testers are barbaric. I hated using them in the hospital.

Sandia National Lab has been working for years on an optical tester. If someone else has managed to do it first, that's great.
