It is a natural process but they are going to try to medicalize it.

I know I've got this all screwed up but if you were listening you may know to what I am referring.
He (caller) advised the listeners to "google" this word (began with an "e" or an "a"?) and find out all about it.

I didn't have a pen near me and I can't recall what the heck it was.
