Michigan Health Care Plan ??
Looks like Michigan has a new plan for Universal Health Care Coverage that does not sound like a single payer plan. Wonder if someone knowledgeable about the Michigan plan or from Michigan would post or reply in our Michigan access to health care discussion section:
