BBC's Space Odyssey: Voyage to the Planets
Oh my, this is one seriously good programme.

Part documentary, part action-adventure.

It's a BBC and Discovery Channel co-production, so keep an eye out for it.

1. Liblab, thanks for the heads up.
With the new administration, space will slip further from our grasp - because it obviously was not permitted in the bible.

2. Just watched the re-broadcast
Very well done. I've always been impressed by the quality of BBC produced programs. I was stunned by how good 'The Power of Nightmares' was. :wow:

4. Well...
It's currently being shown in the UK on the BBC, so keep an eye out in your Discovery Channel listings as they're the co-producers, or possibly BBC America.

5. Second and final part...
Excellent.

Effects, story and science were great.

And the total lack of saccharine sentimentality and jingoism were a breath of fresh air.
