Astrologers (the "real" ones, as I'm sure they'd reassure you) do lots of math to calculate the relative positions of heavenly bodies in the sky. The trouble is that their use of mathematical machinery tricks some into believing what they do is scientific!

Then how do you explain the title of this textbook: http://www.amazon.com/Simplified-Scientific-Astrology-Philosophic-Encyclopedia/dp/B000M9QDW8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1215462001&sr=1-1The thing I like about that comic is not the inaccurate contrast between astronomy and astrology, but the reaction of the students. Sadly, a tad too accurate.
