That the veggie movement has really caught on over there.

If only we weren't so capitalist to the nth degree, people here might be able to forget about meat and dairy for more than a few minutes. :(

even a vegetarian yet, but I like the looks of these recipes and have saved them.

Right now, I am cutting way back on my dairy, poultry, and red meat. I'm even starting to finally lose my appetite for it. I am still very attracted to eggs, though.

Suggestions are welcome for a someone getting started like me.
