I was so angry after arguing in that thread the other day (the one with the idiots trying to defend trophy hunting) I was crying. A big thanks to all my fellow veggies who understand and backed me up.

2. I don't even go to threads

in on the forum if I see anything about animals+cruelty. I simply cannot cope with it. I lived in a rural area for two years where crueld treatment of animals was par for the course. Every time I went somewhere there were dead animals, especially dogs, along the road and I cried all the time. These people had never once looked into an animal's eyes and saw the intelligence, the humor, the love, the humanness of their fellow creatures. We are the stewards of the earth, not the masters.

3. I swear there is a group of trolls who come here just

to defend hunting and start flame wars. I don't think they are real dems. I have been around hunters all my life, and regardless of whether they are dem or republican very few would get on a liberal website to talk about it.
