Best Veg*n websites?

So I was thinking, it would be so great to have a list of all of the good veg*n sites out there. It's nice to have a quick reference for recipes, ingredients, companies that test on/don't test on animals etc.

Here are a few of the ones I like to check regularly and use as a reference, but I am sure there are TONS that I haven't found yet! Post them here!
