Pan Seared Snapper
I found some wild caught snapper at the grocery and this recipe on the net. It turned out great. Served it with homemade macaroni salad.

Snapper filets
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon ground thyme
salt, black & red ground pepper to taste

Combine the dry ingredients (It's enough rub for 4 filets)
Rub the snapper filets with the dry rub
Add some olive oil and butter to a fry pan
Sear the fish 4 or 5 minutes on each side

Serve with lemon wedges and flat leaf parsley
