I found some wild caught snapper at the grocery and this recipe on the net. It turned out great. Served it with homemade macaroni salad.
Snapper filets 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon ground thyme salt, black & red ground pepper to taste
Combine the dry ingredients (It's enough rub for 4 filets) Rub the snapper filets with the dry rub Add some olive oil and butter to a fry pan Sear the fish 4 or 5 minutes on each side
Serve with lemon wedges and flat leaf parsley
