1 small container yogurt, whatever flavor is available (I used blueberry soy) 1 large or 2 small bananas 1 handful frozen blueberries 1 handful frozen strawberries 1 handful frozen raspberries A cup or so of milk
Place all ingredients into a blender with a broken gasket and puree until your kitchen is purple.
Sigh.
