My smoothie recipe
1 small container yogurt, whatever flavor is available (I used blueberry soy)
1 large or 2 small bananas
1 handful frozen blueberries
1 handful frozen strawberries
1 handful frozen raspberries
A cup or so of milk

Place all ingredients into a blender with a broken gasket and puree until your kitchen is purple.

Sigh.

4. lol-- I was puree'ing soaked red chili peppers for mole...
...in a food processor once when the lid blew off. I had to repaint the wall.
