1. Peche
Peach pie, peach iced tea, peach sorbet, pech soda.

That's why I married a peach!

3. Ain't nothing wrong with Pie!
I've been on a carmelized onion quiche kick lately---made with Fontina! Yum!

I did a Pear/Apple combo last week

And I just came back from Costco this morning with a huge Caramel Apple Pie. I'll be cutting into that this evening. Costco is almost like home-made.....Don't ya think!

4. It's not a fruit...
but I LOVE a good Pecan Pie

It's right up there with Peach Pie.

But then again, there's nothing like the Black Raspberry Pies the neightborhood bakery made where my aunt used to live when I was a kid, haven't had it for years, not anything like it.

5. FoodTV's Tyler Florence had a recipe for a Caramel Apple Pie
I think it's called Ultimate Caramel Apple Pie, and it's fabulous. The recipe calls for making the caramel yourself, and slicing the apples real thin and stacking them high so that you have a big, full pie without that cavern that you often get with an apple pie. It's a winning pie recipe, I have some friends who quite literally beg for it...
