Does anyone have the "Joy of Cooking" on CD-ROM?
I have it but it is in storage. The Turkey Giblet gravy recipe is different from the one in the book (I don't have my book handy, either.) and when i made it a couple years ago it came out extraordinarily well. VERY silky and delicious.

Anyone have it? If so, could you perhaps cut and paste it here?
