The hotest salad ever - Chevezspeaksthetruth check in!
Four cups of bean sprouts

Dice finely:
2 jalepeno peppers
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Cut in small chunks:
1 large or two small of each:
cucumber and tomato
and
1 small salad onion or bunch scallions diced

add:
juice of three limes
1/4 cup or so fish sauce

toss ingredients

2. Fish sauce is a delicacy from Vietnam and Thailand. I'd tell you how its
made but (unless you're interested) you probably don't want to know.

It is the Southeast Asian answer to soy sauce - ubiquitous. It is a runny dark brown sauce that has a quite fishy taste. For many its an acquired taste - but once acquired you'll never find its equal!

5. It dissipates faster than anchovies. Its best to get a good brand - not
the stuff you find in the tiny asian section in a grocery store but the good stuff at an asian market.
