Ack! Poultry experts! HALP! |
|
:D
Got me the goose in the oven (finally), and it's approaching time to take it out.
BUT I have to postpone dinner for an hour, due to emergency (half the dinner party is out on an ambulance call)!
What to do? Keep the thing in a slightly cooler oven??

(except the ambulances part)
She wrapped it in alumimum foil when it was done and kept it in a 200 degree oven for over 90 minutes and it was wonderful when she served it!
leave it in the pan, but tuck the foil around it as tightly as you can and good luck!
