your favorite chicken parts--we use thighs, gizzards, and boneless-skinless breasts a couple of eggs garlic powder (not garlic salt) to taste 3-4 sleeves of Ritz Crackers, crushed fine in the food processor butter (enough for a pat of butter per piece of chicken)
Lightly beat the eggs with a half cup, or so, of water and the garlic powder. Dip chicken pieces in the mixture and drain well. Then, dredge them in the crushed crackers and place on a baking pan (for easier clean-up, cover the pan with foil). Place a pat of butter on top of each piece. For gizzards, a small chunk of butter on top of each is good. Bake at 350° for 35 - 45 minutes.

it was nice to chat with you! Funny how the chicken got it's name, but if he gets grumbly about that recipe he needs either a stool or a rug to cushion his legs and feet!
Welcome to C&B! :hi:

3. No, no, he has a very bad back and neck... |

...so standing in the kitchen, while he assembles everything, gets to him. But he won't let me do it because he's very picky. The name is really sort of a running joke, though. When everything is in the oven, he sits back and relaxes. :)
