I've been messing around trying to perfect a recipe for ginger salad dressing. Here's what I've got so far and it's very close to exactly perfect!
6 tbls fresh grated ginger 3 tbls chopped white or red onion 1/3 cup salad oil juice of one lemon lemon zest 4 tbls soy sauce cap full of balsamic vinegar (bout a teaspoon) 1 tbls ketchup or tomato paste dash of brown sugar s & p to taste.
Throw the whole thing into the blender or food processor and blend till almost smooth.
Anyhoo just thought I'd share for the ginger lovers out there.
This recipe doesn't make a whole lot. I live alone so it's enough for several salads for me.
