Sparkly's out for an overnight trip. I'm left here, all alone, fending for myself. I bought some soopermarket sushi and a pint of Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia for supper. (cherries .... fruit .... balanced diet ... yanno?)

Anyway, I just cracked open the B&JCG. This stuff is awful. There's so much filler in it that my spoon won't go through it smoothly. So many cherries and chocolate chunks and crap.

I want my cheap-assed no-name no-filler no-flavor ice cream back.

a pint of Haagen Daaz Caramel Cone ice cream. But... it didn't bother me one bit :-)

4. Do you know that Costco has large boxes of

Haagen Das ice cream bars? Either plain or with toasted almonds. ummmm. So very good and the bars seemed to disppear quickly. I think I sleep walked.Cherry Garcia is muy tasty and another of my favorites.

8. For some reason I can't bring myself to buy ice cream at Costco

I'm always afraid it will melt while I'm in line, or walking the 3 miles to my car in the parking lot, or on the drive home.

9. i take my big insulated bags in with me and load my frozen stuff into

them and always always do the freezers last

my stuff makes it home fine, even in the Arizona summers. those insulated bags are great!

11. i have canvas bags and those insulated ones and as soon as I carry

in the groceries as I unload the bags I hang them on the garage door so they are IN MY WAY! that makes me carry them back out to the car as part of the "putting away groceries" routine

then I always have them in the car when I shop and many of the grocery stores I go to actually give me a nickel credit for each bag when I use my own bags too! :bounce:
