Anyone looking for a TERRIFIC beef marinade?
This will marinate 2 pounds of London broil or tri-tip sirloin. Double the recipe for a crowd.....Marinate at least 3 hours or overnight and grill 'em up!

Southwestern Marinade

6 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons Wocestershire sauce
1 tablespoon rum
3 crushed garlic cloves (or use the jarred minced kind)
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
1 tablespoon Accent (MSG) - optional

3. Heh, thanks
I'm always afraid to buy London Broil, thinking it will be too tough, going to try this out when it starts warming up.

5. London Broil is awesome
If you grill it slowly over low heat and slice it diagonally. My favorite marinade is prepackaged (Lawry's 30 minute Teriyaki steak marinade) season the meat with Montreal Steak seasoning and enjoy.
