Sunday dinner yesterday was great so I wanted to share.
Porkchops marinated in Cajun sauce and grilled to perfection
Bahamian mac & cheese (see http://www.recipesource.com/main-dishes/pasta/06/rec064... ) -- hearty stuff and a meal in itself
Corn on the cob
Homemade coleslaw
Iced tea

Followed by the best dessert invented on the spur of the moment....

Banana ice cream cake split....

Take small piece of pineapple upside down cake (baked fresh this morning) and slice half a banana around it. Tope with vanilla bean ice cream and drizzle with fudge sauce and caramel sauce.

Take a nap.

that sounds marvelous! the cole slaw must have been a nice compliement to the chops

and the dessert sounds fit for a King!
