sorry, just thought of it. Real vanilla in the States is ridiculously priced. I can get real Mexican vanilla for very cheapo. If you want any, just PM me your address, and I'll send it. I'll be in town sometime this weekend and get you the exact price.

1. I'll call on you in about a year.... |
|
I still have about a third of a litre brought to me by my landlady in Colorado Springs a couple years ago. I've done everything with it trying to use it up before it completely oxidizes... Vanilla soda, vanilla cookies... I even found that a teaspoon or so in the alfredo sauce improves the nutmeg flavor.

4. Going in tomorrow, will get price |
|
It's 100% pure, here are a couple of articles. I don't know why, but US marks the pure vanilla up, a little tiny bottle is really expensive, down here it's downright cheap. http://www.amadeusvanillabeans.com/faqs/http://www.agriculture-industry-india.com/spices/vanilla.html

From Calimax:
1 quart = 33.8oz. 31.85 pesos or $2.81 dollars.
It is 100% pure vanilla, no alcohol.

7. Wow, if there is anything smaller than a quart, I'd love it... |
|
Though at that price, I'd be more than willing to buy a quart.
