Mint Tea
1 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/3 cups bottled lemon juice 6 sprigs mint Combine all ingredients and boil until clear. Remove from heat.
Add: 2 cups boiling water 6 teabags Steep for 10 to 20 minutes. Remove mint and tea bags. Add enough water to make a gallon when ready to serve.

Now I just got back from the pond (that's were it grows best here at the Woody End) and the mint is almost played out and going to seed. However the flavor is more intense so I use less.
