Sautee'd fresh mushrooms
I made these to go with some cheap steaks I charbroiled out on the gas grill. This recipe is easy and it tastes good too. Start with:



Put some real butter in the sautee pan



After washing them half the mushrooms and chop the green onions



Make sure your pan is fairly hot



Put your mushrooms in and watch how they start shrinking



Add some beef broth and let them cook down



Add the chopped green onions when they are almost done



The finished product:

1. bear, could you use a dissolved bouillion cube instead of broth?
or would it make it too salty??

also, I see your cutting board across the sink, can I get a better shot of that please?

2. I've never tried that.
I have to watch the salt because of high bp. I guess you could.

3. i always have cubes, but never buy the canned broth
I have frozen poultry broth in the freezer, but no beef

guess I'd better work on that LOL
