Super easy (and delicious) Taco Soup recipe
1 lb. ground beef
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix
1 pkg. Taco seasoning

Brown and drain the ground beef. Combine with all the other ingredients, undrained, and heat (Crockpot, stove top, whatever), at least until hot. The flavor is probably better the longer you cook it.

I like to serve it with cornbread.

1. I love taco soup
Do you think Rotel would be ok in place of regular diced tomatoes?

3. About Taco Soup--
Since I grew up on the food of the Gods, I will try your taco soup, but if you dont take offence, please put some COMINO in it. I love Tex-Mex, and also Mexican dishes-and Oh yes, there is a difference.
Your recipe sounds great.

5. Sounds good to me, but I wonder if the taco seasoning
already has it...I'll try it next time!

Thanks!

7. Substitute
Me too. I've done several recipes that included a package of taco seasoning, and discovered that substituting 2 Tablespoons of other seasonings for the package always results in a better output. I normally use a combination of ground chile and cumin.
