I won't see Mrs bearfan for most of this week again

So I decided to make a nice breakfast for her. I got a reduced for quick sale spiral sliced ham about a month ago and cut the slices off of it and froze them for later use like today. I fried some up



Made sure it wasn't too done



Did some frozen hash browns



Made 2 over easy for me



Toasted an English muffin



And made scrambled for her



I did the dishes already and I'm finishing up the last of the laundry right now. She's still sick and I wanted her to take it easy today.

Now I know what I'm going to have. I've got some frozen hashbrowns in a bag, bacon and eggs. And some of the onion dill bread made yesterday should toast up like a dream.
