I just got in a few hours ago and I'm too tired to cook.

I'm going to take a foccacia I have in the freezer and split it in half. Then I will fill it with Mozzarella, Provolone, Basil and Prosciutto and grill it on the George Forman for a Panini. I'm also going to make some 4 cheese tortellinis with Barilla Puttanesca sauce on the side to dip the bread or pasta in.

Our typical Bag of Caesar will be on the side.

I'll either have apples with caramel or bananas with vanilla yogurt for dessert.
