Mortadella recipe for Ecumenist

Ecumenist asked for a recipe for Mortadella and I found it.

After fighting with Windows Vista on my #$%@%%$ new computer, I gave up and scanned the recipe in .tif format. If anyone wants this, PM me and I will email it to you.
