Swiss Chard
I steamed some red swiss chard tonight. Then tossed it in truffle olive oil in which I already sauteed some onions and garlic. I could have eaten the entire bunch by myself.

1. Mmmm. So good & so nutritious
Truffle oil sounds wonderful. I also like to add raisins & red wine vinegar to the mix when I do it with straight olive oil. I'm trying it with truffle oil next! Thanks for the inspiration.

3. I had some chard blend tonight
I steamed it, shook on some of the Costco No-Salt seasoning and some balsamic vinegar. It was delightful. But I have to try the truffle olive oil with onions and garlic. That sounds YUMMY!

4. Truffle oil.....
Do you get that in the regular grocery store, or do you go to a specialty store?

5. My parents used to grow swiss chard in the garden
when I was a kid. I thought it was swiss charge but I loved it. My mom always way overcooked it made it like canned spinach which I also liked. Thanks for reminding me, I'll have to plant some this spring.
