11. Oh, it was great! Ended up doing salmon en croute....

...because I couldn't find lobster (whose quality satisfied me), and came across some gorgeous, exquisite salmon while I was looking (and he loves salmon).

Not only was it a huge hit, but now all his housemates are fascinated/obsessed with baking things in puff pastry. I think they've bought out their local TJ's entire stock. :rofl:

It's nice to have a lounge, if you want it, but for the lounge to look down on other forums... ??? The majority of postings are, shall we say, "lounge material". I don't mind the lounge, but I sure wouldn't presume to suggest it's a standard of intellectual conversation we should be held to.
