When Forgotten Kitchen Experiments Go Odd, What To Do?
Over the winter I made a couple of batches of butter from non-UHT cream. Kind of forgot about the final batch and it's been sitting in the fridge, in a Rubbermaid bowl, for a couple of months.

I was going to throw it out but on opening it, it smells like blue cheese!

Anyone have any ideas on how safe - or unsafe - it would be to try?

3. Send me your address
I have some four-month-old fish that has been kept at room temperature that would make a nice side dish.

Let me know if you want it.
