Recipe for Coffee Bars anyone?

A bakery near me used to make these, but they closed and I have been craving one of these treats. They were brownie-like, but not chocolaty and not real sweet. A friend thinks they might have had pumpkin in them...thanks

P.S. Edit - Even without the icing in that recipe, they sound so good. I like raisins.
