Anyone else watch A Lyon in the Kitchen? |

http://health.discovery.com/fansites/nathan-lyon/nathan-lyon.htmlI really enjoy his simple recipes and his easy going manner. Plus he's such a handsome baldie! :loveya: He just made an amazing avacado, cocoa nib smoothie! :wow: I may have to make that this summer.

He SMILES TOO MUCH!!! FREAKS ME OUT!!
on edit:
Okay, getting over my smile-o-phobia, a little more rational critique:
I saw him cook a few dishes, and he didn't actually stir any of them, preferring to toss them in the pan instead. That isn't really that easy to do. Plus, I couldn't believe he actually cooked anything long enough. It seemed like he was only sautéed some pork for about 3 minutes or less -- must have been the magic of television...
Other than that, I did like what he was cooking.

:D
Except for whatever meet he cooks, he seems to prefer to do raw or nearly raw as much as possible, esp for fruit and veggies.
