Time for a new coffeemaker
My 8 YO Krups is getting electrically challenged, so it's time for me to find another 10 cup coffeemaker.

The features I am looking for are timers, auto shutoff. I don't need feature as autogrind. Any recommendations?

2. I switched to French press.
I heat the water in my electric kettle, grind the beans. Then I put the grounds in the French press, pour in the water, put on the top and wait for four minutes. When the coffee is brewed, I press and pour. the French press I own is insulated, so I make two cup at a time.

4. That is why I get my husband to start it before I get up.
Before the second child, he would bring it to me in bed, too. But those days are over. I have to haul my tired butt to the kitchen to get caffineazation now.

7. Coarse.
If you grind too fine, it clogs up the press.
