Here is a picture of the Pavlova I made for my son's school fundraiser

It was surprisingly easy to make! I made it for a silent auction that was held at my son's school during our district wide art show. The person who ended up winning it emailed me for the recipe. Our PTO ended up making $630 from all of the desserts auctioned that evening.
