I'm really tired of chipping oatmeal out of this crock pot. The liners seem expensive at about 60 cents each, but this morning I'd pay that not to have to do the soak-and-scrub thing.

I noticed it helped a LOT and that little touch of oil won't hurt the oatmeal I don't think.

I cook the oatmeal all night and the non-stick doesn't seem to hold up that long.

...soaking with a little bit of dishwasher powder in it? That stuff seems to take things off pots with a bit of ease. I realize that's still a soaking, though.
