1. This probably isn't the answer you're looking for but...
it sure is entertaining. I think someone used a computer translation service to answer essentially the same question you asked. Here's someone's answer:

"Have used the George Foreman Lean Mean Grilling Machine for years now, and it has forever grilled up what I set on it now fine. About a month ago, itinerant through the store, I say a heap of George Foreman Party Grill Boxes on the permission passageway. When you obtain your large bulky weighty box home and open it up you will locate all kind of pieces that you will require to collect before you can use the grill.

"The fusion part of the grill refers to infusion of taste into the food. There is a small cup with split openings all about that fits into the middle of the grill pan. Adding taste waters, plummeting sauces or marinades to this little cup let the steamed taste to be free into the cooking juices of the foods.

"The Fusion Grill is bright to Pan Broil where you cook the food with lofty heat with no cover on the grill. You can also Dry Fry by using high heat and turning the food stir fry method with a non attach safe spatula. This grill also is able to stitch foods while they are cooking just use a stitching skirmish while the food is cooking."

Any one have a user's manual for a stitching skirmish? Or a recipe for plummeting sauce?

6. What could that mean?
I just can't think of anything that that could be a mistranslation of. Some of the others are fairly obvious: "obtain you box home" means "get your box home;" "non attach safe spatula" means "nonstick-safe spatula;" but stitching skirmish???

More seriously, in answer to your original question, it doesn't appear to be easy to find a manual online for that grill. Google found a lot of people looking for it but didn't seem to find the manual. I didn't look past the first page of results; I figured you'd probably already done that.

7. Well that certainly puts the babel in babelfish
I'm still to putting fingernails against top of head over "stitching skirmish" too

Hilarious, though. Oh, and I don't think that's a translation, I think that's probably the actual manual. I've seen plenty just like that.

8. Hmmm... let's see here...
stitch - sew, tailor, alter, adapt, fix, join, unite or pain, prick, pierce

skirmish - scrape, brush, opposition

Oh - skewers!

If it's this model GR70WHT, here's the Amazon.com page with some reviews

and here's a link for downloading the manual (similiar machine GR70CAN):

Enjoy your machine!

10. Okay I actually found the book that came with it stuck in my drawer
I am starting to experiment with it...the first thing I cooked last night was chicken. I put 1 tbsp of garlic and 1/2 cup water in the actual cooking cup. It "infused" a really nice garlic flavor into the chicken.
Before the chicken was finished, I basted it with the garlic.
It was fabulous.
I will be experimenting some more and let you all know how it turns out...but so far, I give it an A+.

12. This has become my favorite appliance
You can grill meat and veggies at the same time.
Hamburgers and onions...steak and corn on the cob...
I have used it at least every other day.
I LOVE IT!
