Anyone else ever try Jyoti canned Indian foods?
Speaking of canned foods in a cooking forum might be heresy, but since I can get a can big enough to feed three (over rice) for about $3.40, I think it's a pretty good deal, since it saves me at least an hour.

Plus, it's really good stuff. We especially like their dehli saag and punjabi chhole. I often use the canned saag as a base for chicken saag (with some ghee, fresh garlic and ginger thrown in up front). I cracked a can of Dal Makhani tonight as a side for some tandoori chicken, and it's almost perfect.

Anyone else enjoy Jyoti's canned goodies?
