Simple tasty glaze for chicken |

This originated from a restaurant in RI as reported in the Providence Journal.
1 part Balsamic vinegar 1 part Orange marmalade
However much you need. Either 1/4 cup of each or 1/2 each makes plenty.
heat, reduce.
Brush on grilled or roasted chicken for the last 10- 15 minutes of cooking time.
It's really really yummy.

and use a white wine vinegar, but yeah, the orange marmalade base is terrific. I use the reduced sugar marmalade too.
