Outrageous Fruit Salad Recipe I Created

Salad greens: Mix Boston lettuce, red, and/or romaine, torn

Cheese: Bel Paese, cut in small pieces

Fruit: large golden delicious apple
and ripe figs

Walnuts

To go with: Japanese tea cakes (I like Casutello), Chardonnay.

Tear up the lettuce. Cut up the figs and apple, put in a citrus bath. Cut up the cheese.
When it's time for the salad, mix all the ingredients with poppy seed dressing.

This was so good I had three bowls of it tonight!
