ISO: Marinara from Fresh Tomatoes Recipe
I have everything I need, including red peppers - and would love to make a traditional or spicy marinara sauce (the long way). Does anyone have a recipe to share?

For reference, I'm using roma tomatoes.

1. Not quite what your looking for, but this is a good recipe
Not spicy, but I found this recipe and made it from roma tomatoes from my garden last week...It was so quick and easy. Because the tomatoes were so fresh they kept that fresh flavor in the recipe. Honest to goodness it was to die for. Actually, "Sam's" recipes are very good.

2. This recipe sounds really good!
Thanks for posting it. Seems like one could spice that up a number of ways. Italian seasonings, Mexican seasonings, etc. Or just as the recipe calls for :-)
