I'm not gluten-intolerant, but I love her site...her writing, recipes, and photos. Scroll down the page to see her ingredients and method for the crust.

You might also try a simple nut crust (ground nuts + oil or butter + sweetener, made like a graham cracker crust).

5. Too bad I didn't see this thread b4 thanksgiving!
I have gluten intolerance, and I make nut crusts for pies and cheesecakes. They work out really well with pumpkin and pecan pie.
