and then fell asleep half way through it. LOL My other half said it didn't matter because I already knew everything he had to say from reading his books. Pollan totally rocks and I wish he would be Ag Sec.

Although they aren't cookbooks, I think, no I know, reading his books has made me a much better cook. I'm much more aware of the food I'm buying and preparing.

Between Pollan and Kingsolver I feel I know my food on a different level than just to sustain my body.
