Jello Lovers----Come on Out
I have to admit, this time of the year brings out the jello-lover in me. I know I can't be the only one.

Who has wonderful jello concoctions to share?

Fun Jello Fact: Researchers attached EEG machine to Green Jello mold and discovered that it gives a reading equivalent to the adult male.

1. The Green Jello thing
you need:
1 each small lemon and lime Jello
1 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 can crushed pineapple drained (small can)
pecans if desired
small container whipped topping

prepare the jello per normal, except use 3 cups of water instead of the four that you would normally need for 2 boxes of jello

after the jello is dissolved, chill it in the frige for an hour or so, just to get it good and cool, sort of thick but not jelled

break the cream cheese into bits and beat it into the jello with a mixer (I use the portable electric one for this)

Stir in the pineapple and nuts
and fold in the cool whip or whatever

Pour it all into a large Pyrex container or a pretty Jello mold and
chill, man.

Everybody loves this stuff.

Not legal to have a pot luck supper w/o this and a plate of deviled eggs.

2. I like the "sparkling" jello
that you make by using fizzy water. I just love the mandarin orange flavor.

Is it okay to come out here about my butterscotch pudding addiction?

3. I just finished off the Butterscotch pudding we made yesterday
I like to make both the Butterscotch and the Chocolate and swirl them in a beautiful glass.

I also like the sparkly jello too. I like the white grape made with gingerale with red seedless grapes in it. I also like the pink one with 7-Up and maraschino cherries. My daughter calls it a Shirley Temple in a bowl. I've also made the sparkly jello with Champagne and Chambourd with rasberries in it. (For that sophisticated Adult Jello craving)

I like the swirl idea. All of them with a dollop of whipped cream would be perfect!

I think I just drooled on the keyboard!
