Well...that was a pretty tasty salad. Simple, but tasty.

Well...that was a pretty tasty salad. Simple, but tasty.
I finally decided that I'd better eat something, and I'm lazy today so I made a salad for "brunch"

LOTS of Lettucy things (need to add spinach to my shopping list - I like it in salad greens)
A little Salt, Pepper, Garlic
A little bit of a green onion top
Some sunflower seeds
And craisins
Feta!
Shaved Parmesan (I LOVE this stuff)
A little red wine vinegar
And a couple of drops of black sesame oil

Surprisingly tasty.
I was too lazy to make a dressing and the salad was to plain to go naked. So I added the vinegar splash and the black sesame oil over the top. Went nicely with the sharp flavors of the two cheeses and craisins.

1. Sounds good to me!
I love to have it with fresh pears and gorgonzola, too. Heck, I can throw just about anything into a salad.

2. Pears and gorgonzola sound sooo good.
I have to travel to get decent fruit, especially this time of year. I would LOVE a pear right now!
