Stinky the Clown's kitchen finally revealed?

OK, maybe it's not Stinky's kitchen, but I had to share this link to ugly houses

1. Oh God....Don't tell them where I live
I'm a member of the 10 roll of toilet paper club myself.

When I moved into this house the previous owner was very proud of her pink, green and cream sponge painting efforts on the kitchen cabinets. We got rid of those right away....but 10 years later I'm just getting around to painting out her teal and maroon stenciling in the dining room.

Most everyone I know has a bit of ugly in their life.

:hi:  :hi:

7. Where do you store the extra rolls of tp
When you get the case of 24 from Costco---I admit to keeping more than a few extra rolls on top of the toilet! If I was having guests...I'd move them but for me and the SO--meh who cares. They're handy and I rarely have a personal moment of crisis.

Sigh I'm just not as tres elegante as some of you all. :hide:

15. Zio Smelly il Pagliaccio
That's his wife on the left. No one uses her name cuz she was too tight-assed to laugh at fart jokes. She used to slap Uncle Smelly when he held out his finger toward her and smile slyly.

Some women like shoe shopping, I like houses.
That was painful for me.
That was like taking a trip to the animal shelter when you cant afford to take them all home with you.

I did crack up at the soggy toilet paper comment though. :)

5. that was my old home town too
no wonder my home sold the first weekend

if you missed the saga, it's here

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=287x2872

it didn't look ANYTHING like what we lived in, which begs the question, why do we only fix up our houses when we're ready to move out?

8. Some of this stuff made me yelp with pain and scare the cat.

and

and I've only started to plumb the abysmal decorating depths at that site.

It's almost as fun as The Gallery of Regrettable Food and the Museum of Bad Art.

11. I thought it was the dingy greyish yellow range hood, myself.
Piece de resistance or coup de grace. Take your pick.

12. OMG that bathroom
Edited on Wed Feb-11-09 04:08 PM by The empressof all
I thought it was tile not wall paper! Love the little handwashing sink next to the toilet and the unusual placement of the toilet flush lever. And what no top of a toilet tank to keep the extra TP! When I first looked I thought that was a tampon machine in the shower! :wtf: The main double sink is also kind of odd. One basin for each hand I guess.

And I could just see myself at the top of those stairs to the tub...head wrapped in a towel preparing my dramatic descent....and falling flat on my head and cracking it open.

13. The first one I could sort of handle
it looks like the kind of environment a gecko could be happy in.

The second one, however.... looks like something Herman Munster bought for his child.
