New trick with Ain5!

My dough was very wet, just like they like it... but I had a bandage on one hand and couldn't form the dough. SO, I put a little flour on the granite counter and used my metal scraping blade to shape it. I used less flour, stayed cleaner and the loaves came out great!

Oh and with a little left over dough, I shaped it around a soy italian sausage - oh, so good!

1. Love the idea of the dough around the Italian sausage!
I have a bench scraper too. They are really handy tools. It really does work well with doughs. I use mine to slice though a huge clump of dough, big enough for 6 pizzas, in just a second.
