Until single-payer arrives, deelish recipe for comfort mashed potatoes

6 par bolied potatoes
Peel and grate (using the large holes) into a 9 by 13 casserole dish.
Mix sauce in a pan and pour over potatoes. (You don't have to cook this mixture.)


1 can of cream of chicken soup.
1 and a half cup of grated cheddar cheese.
1 cube of butter.
1 pint sour cream.
1/3 cup of chopped green onions.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
