2. We just finished the Nicoise, kind of!
Made it with olive oil and FRESH LEMON JUICE, from a very nice lemon; and had our first tomatoes of the season (from a nearby farm; may have been grown in NC.) Good-oh.

You couldn't sell that to me for 1 cent!!!!

I'm sure you won't hold it against me that I dislike walnuts and blue cheese, A LOT!!! I LOVE raspberries!!!
