Cooks Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen wants recipe testers |
|
There isn't a link on their website that I can find, but the notice that they want testers is in their latest newsletter. If you don't get it, send me an e-mail via PM, and I'll try forwarding it to you.
I love doing it. It's so much fun when one of "my" recipes shows up in the magazine and/or on the TV show.

I think there were a few folks here in C&B who signed up. and have noticed the request for testers in the past couple of them. It sounds like fun and if life were different and less hectic, it might be fun to try out some of them.
I did sign-up once over a year ago, but then canceled when I got the first recipe. It was for roasting a whole turkey and they wanted you to use one of those "V" shaped racks. I don't mind testing recipes but really didn't want to be pinned down to using any special equipment. Plus my time is so limited! LOL
