Any thoughts on Easter dessert?
My stepmom is cooking a yummy pork crown roast, so I was thinking something fruity......

There will be a lot of it.

4. Trifle, Sort of!!!
I dip hunks of angel food cake in strawberry jello (before it sets) and layer with vanilla pudding, sweetened strawberries (In summer I add peaches and nectarines) and whipped cream. Chill in the fridge for several hours until the jello sets.

I use a tall clear bowl so it looks very pretty.

I do a dusting of shaved chocolate on top.

There are many variations on this theme. You can do a quick tiramisu by dipping angel food cake into kaluha, mix some mascarpone cheese into your whipped cream and leave out the fruit.
